Data we process
We process the data you voluntarily give us through the assessment form (name, company, email, phone and message), plus basic technical data (user-agent, hashed IP) to prevent form abuse.
Purpose
We use your data only to contact you about your assessment request and, if you decide to engage us, to deliver the service.
Legal basis
Your consent when submitting the form and, where relevant, performance of the contract.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as the business relationship lasts and afterwards for the legally required periods. You can request deletion at any time.
Recipients and location
Your data is hosted with providers using EU servers. We do not sell your data or use it to train public AI models.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to, restrict processing of and port your data. Email hola@yaqbot.com. You can also complain to the Spanish DPA (www.aepd.es).
